Psalm 91:14 — Jesus, Lift the Weight From My Heart at Midday and Fill My Spirit With Strength I Cannot Produce Alone Welcome to Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper, live from London — reaching Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. Psalm 91:14 (NIV): “Because he loves Me… I will rescue him; I will protect him.” Salmo 91:14 — “Porque ele Me ama… Eu o resgatarei; Eu o protegerei.” “He restores my soul.” / “Refrigera a minha alma.” Philippians 4:13 (NIV): “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Filipenses 4:13 — “Posso todas as coisas naquele que me fortalece.” Jesus, in this midday hour when the weight of the day settles on my shoulders, I come to You again. Jesus, You see what drains me, what presses on my thoughts, what leaves my heart tired. Jesús, Tú conoces mi cansancio. You know the places where I am stretched thin. Jesus, I ask You to renovar, sustentar, fortalecer everything in me that is growing weary. Lift the weight from my spirit, Jesus. Let Your presence come like descanso — real rest, real breathing space, real calm. Where I feel the heaviness of responsibility, hold me. Where fatigue begins to shape my thinking, steady me. Where frustration tries to rise, subdue it with Your paz. Jesus, raise my inner strength. Levanta meu coração outra vez. Jesus, speak to my spirit: “You are not alone. Eu estou com você. Estoy contigo.” Let these words settle deeply and gently. Let them become the anchor inside me that cannot be shaken. Jesus, restore my soul the way only You can. Renew my thoughts, reorder my emotions, and refill my courage for the hours ahead. At this midpoint of the day, Jesus, I surrender the pressures that belong to You. Give me clarity for what remains, peace for what cannot be changed, and força for what must still be faced. Sustain me in the inner places no one else can see. Strengthen me with the grace that carries me beyond myself. Jesus, cover my home, my family, my work, my steps. Let Your protection surround every part of this day. Hold me together where I feel undone, and breathe hope back into the tired corners of my heart. Jesus, I receive Your strength. Jesus, I receive Your peace. Jesus, I receive Your renewal. Amém. Amém.
