Psalm 91:14 (NIV): “Because he loves Me… I will rescue him; I will protect him.” Salmo 91:14 — “Porque ele Me ama… Eu o resgatarei; Eu o protegerei.” “He restores my soul.” / “Refrigera a minha alma.” / “Restaura mi alma.” Philippians 4:13 (NIV): “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Filipenses 4:13 — “Posso todas as coisas naquele que me fortalece.” Jesus, I bring this midday hour to You — this moment where the morning has already taken its energy and the afternoon still waits ahead of me. Senhor Jesus, Señor Jesús, meet me in the centre of this day. Lift what feels heavy. Breathe strength into what feels tired. Calm what feels stretched too thin. Let Your presença, Tu presencia, rest over my spirit like gentle shade in the heat of the day. Where I have carried too much, ease the load. Where I have rushed, slow my heart. Where frustration has tried to rise, replace it with paciência suave, paciencia tierna. Jesus, renew my soul so I do not walk into the rest of this day weary or overwhelmed. Restore my confidence. Refresh my thoughts. Remind me that I am not carrying this day alone. Let Your força, Your fuerza, Your strength flow into every part of my being. Give me clarity for the tasks still waiting. Give me graça for the people I meet. Give me esperança that lifts my eyes beyond the moment. Cover my mind with peace and my emotions with stability so I give no room to worry, fear, or discouragement. Lord Jesus, the One who rescues, protects, strengthens and steadies me — hold the rest of this day in Your hands. Renew me. Guide me. Walk with me. And let Your presence fill my noon hour with a quiet confidence that carries me forward in peace.
