Some moments drained my strength more than I expected. Some conversations stayed with me longer than they should have. Some challenges still linger at the edge of my thoughts. “Porque Te amo, o Senhor me protege e me resgata.” Let this truth settle over my spirit: You protect me not because I am strong, but because You are faithful. You step into my fatigue and offer a gentler way forward. Hold my heart in this quiet hour and steady what feels unsettled within me. Your word reminds me that the Spirit helps me in my weakness. “O Espírito me ajuda na minha fraqueza.” When my strength runs thin, You become the strength I no longer have. When my mind feels stretched, You bring calm. When my emotions feel frayed, You restore peace thread by thread. A Tua presença sustenta meu ser. Let this evening become a place of rebuilding, not collapse; renewal, not retreat. Jesus, breathe fresh life into me now. Lift the tensions that cling to my shoulders. Quiet the thoughts that continue to rush even though the day is ending. Restore what today has taken. Remind me that I am not walking alone. Your presence surrounds me, carries me, and strengthens me far beyond what I can produce on my own. Let Your peace settle like evening light over every moment that remains. Let Your renewing strength fill me with hope for the hours ahead. Jesus, rescue my tired heart. Protect my thoughts. Renew my strength.
