You see the thoughts that move restlessly through the night and You know the places within me that long for stillness. Jesus, bring that stillness now. Let paz suave de Jesus rest upon my spirit, calming what feels unsettled and softening every anxious edge. You promise that when we dwell in Your shelter, rest becomes possible again, so I step beneath Your covering and breathe deeply, trusting that Your presence steadies me. In these night moments, when distraction fades and the heart becomes honest, meet me with Your reassurance. Let Your peace — tua paz que acalma — fill every unsettled space and remind me that I do not face the night alone. Jesus, breathe rest into the places where worry rises, calm into the thoughts that run ahead of tomorrow, and comfort into the fears I may not even have words for. Tonight, I yield my thoughts, my heartbeat, my inner world to You. Wrap me in the safety of Your presence and let Your stillness guide me into rest.
