Your Word promises that I can lie down and sleep in peace, em paz me deitarei e dormirei, because You make me dwell in safety. Tonight, let that promise surround every part of my mind. Let paz noturna — night peace — rest gently over every anxious thought and every unfinished worry. Nighttime has a way of revealing the things we managed to outrun during the day. The mind replays conversations. The heart revisits pressures. The emotions rehearse uncertainties.
