My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Jesus, as this night settles and the world grows quiet, I come before You seeking rest that is deep, steady, and undisturbed. The day has passed, yet the mind can still carry what has not yet settled. But Your Word speaks peace directly into this moment. You are my safety. You are my help. You are the One who holds me through the night and sustains me beyond what I can see. So I release everything now. Every thought that lingers, every concern about tomorrow, every weight that tries to follow me into this night—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry it forward. Jesus, secure my rest. Settle my mind. Let my body come into stillness and my thoughts slow under Your peace. Let Your presence surround me and establish calm within me.
