Psalm 34:18 — God Heals My Heart When I Feel Overwhelmed and Emotionally Tired From London to Toronto, from Mumbai to Rio de Janeiro, from Johannesburg to Prague — the world gathers to pray. Psalm 34:18 — “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Matthew 11:28 — “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Emotional exhaustion is rising across the world as people step back into routine, pressure and responsibility. Many feel stretched, vulnerable, or weighed down by the start of the new year. Yet God draws close to those who carry hidden pain and offers rest, renewal and strength for the days ahead. Let Your presence heal memories, soften sharp edges of worry, and give me strength to face this season with courage.
