In an anxious and hurried age, God calls His people to rest. “He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters.” This is not escape; it is restoration. The Shepherd knows the weariness of the soul and gently leads His flock to peace that the world cannot manufacture.
Every nation carries the weight of unrest—wars, noise, social pressure, endless screens. Yet within the chaos, the Shepherd whispers, “Be still.” His peace flows like living water, calming minds and healing hearts.
Green pastures speak of nourishment; still waters reveal refreshment. The Shepherd’s rhythm is unhurried. When we pause before Him, anxiety breaks, and serenity is born. Real peace is not found in circumstance but in His presence.
