Welcome to the Daily Christian Prayer Podcast with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope.
Prayer for Emotional Healing, Prayer for Inner Peace, Prayer for Anxiety, Prayer for Mental Health, Prayer for Broken Hearts, Prayer for Peace of Mind — these are the cries echoing across the earth tonight. The Word of God answers them all with one sentence: “He restores my soul.”
You might be carrying grief that no one can see, pain that no one can name, and pressure that no one can understand. But the Shepherd knows. He restores. He rebuilds. He refreshes. Every tear you’ve cried is seen. Every sleepless night is counted.
As we pray together, the Spirit of the Living God is breathing calm where there’s chaos and peace where there’s panic. God heals emotions as powerfully as He heals the body. You are not broken beyond repair. The valley of shadows is not your permanent address — it’s a passage to restoration.
Breathe in His presence. Let the Word wash you. Let hope rise. Let your soul find rest in the arms of the Shepherd who restores.
