Psalm 121:8 — God Watching Over My Coming Year When I Feel Uncertain, Drained, or Unsure of the Future Scripture (NIV): Psalm 121:8 — “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” Proverbs 3:6 — “In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Tonight global searches surge around fear of the new year, uncertainty, exhaustion, and the desire for God’s covering and direction. This prayer speaks into that midnight vulnerability with promise, protection, and the assurance that God is already ahead of us. Prayer Father, I commit this coming year into Your hands. Watch over my steps, steady my heart, and direct my decisions. Where I feel worn, renew me. Where I feel unsure, guide me. Break the fear of the unknown and calm every anxious thought. Let Your presence lead me into every room, every conversation, every opportunity. Guard my home, my family, my health, and my path. Close the wrong doors, open the right ones, and make my footing firm. Tonight I release the pressure, surrender the outcome, and trust Your covering. Keep me under Your watch, Lord, both now and forevermore.
