Psalm 121:1 — Back to Work, Back to School, God Help Me Face Today From London to New York, from Manila to Lagos, from Sydney to Toronto — a global morning prayer for strength as the world returns to routine. Scripture (NIV): Psalm 121:1 — “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?” Isaiah 41:10 — “So do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.” Across the world this morning, millions are overwhelmed returning to work, school, deadlines, pressure, and expectation. God meets us right here — in the Monday fear, the early-morning worry, and the weight of responsibility. His help rises before we even begin. Prayer Father, as this new day begins, steady my heart. Strengthen me where I feel unprepared, anxious, or tired. Give me clarity for decisions, peace for my emotions, and confidence for every task. Lord, carry what I cannot hold. Go ahead of me into my workplace, my school, my conversations, my deadlines, my responsibilities. Remove fear from my mind and release courage. Protect me from stress, overwhelm, and negative expectations. Let Your presence walk with me into every room today. Lift my energy, renew my focus, and remind me I am not alone. God, help me face today with strength that comes from You alone. In Jesus’ name.
