Anxiety is loud, but the peace of God is louder. Philippians 4:6–7 is the answer for restless thoughts, racing emotions, and sleepless minds. God does not ignore anxiety — He replaces it. He guards hearts. He stills storms. His peace does not wait for the situation to change — it enters in the middle of it.
