Philippians 4:6–7 — Peace for My Mind When Anxiety About Tomorrow Keeps Me Awake From London to Mumbai, from Nairobi to Vancouver, from Seoul to Chicago, from Dubai to Johannesburg — the world gathers to pray.  Scripture (NIV) Philippians 4:6–7 — “Do not be anxious about anything… and the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds.” Scripture (NIV) Matthew 11:28 — “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Across the early hours many battle restless thoughts, fear of tomorrow, and the pressure of what might unfold. Anxiety rises in the dark, yet Jesus invites every troubled heart to come close, to exhale, and to receive a supernatural peace that protects mind and spirit. Prayer  Father, I place every anxious thought before You. Quiet the noise in my mind and steady my breathing. Lift the fear that rises in the night and release Your peace into every corner of my heart. Guard my mind from overthinking. Remove imagined outcomes and replace them with Your truth. Surround my sleep, my home, and my tomorrow with Your calm. Let Your rest settle over me and carry me with confidence into a new day. Prayer Points peace at night, freedom from anxiety, release from overthinking, trust for tomorrow, calm in the mind, strength for the morning, confidence in God’s care Life Application (25 words) Before sleeping today, read Philippians 4:6–7 aloud and surrender one specific worry to God.
