Philippians 4:13 — Jesus, Uphold My Strength and Carry Me Through Every Demand Still Ahead
Live from London, England São Paulo • Houston • Buenos Aires • Manila • Porto evening fatigue • strength to finish the day • endurance under pressure • tiredness prayer • work stress Philippians 4:13 (NIV): “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” 2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NIV): “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” Jesus, as this day moves toward its later hours, I come to You aware of what I am carrying. There has been effort, responsibility, and pressure, and now there is a need for strength that continues beyond what I feel. You are faithful. You do not withdraw strength when I grow tired—you sustain me through it. You strengthen and protect me as I continue forward. So I bring my fatigue to You. I bring the mental strain, the physical tiredness, and the weight that has built through this day. I do not carry it alone—I place it into Your hands. Jesus, uphold my strength. Carry me through what still remains. Where I feel tired, renew me. Where I feel stretched, sustain me. Where I feel worn, protect and strengthen me. Let Your strength move through me now. Let Your presence stabilise me. Let me continue forward steadily, not by my own power, but by Yours. Jesús, dame fuerza y sostenme hasta el final de este día.
