Scripture (NIV Matthew 11:28 — “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Psalm 73:26 — “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Many wake burdened by pressure, fatigue, and emotional overload. Work demands, family needs, and inner tensions stack heavily upon the soul. Yet Jesus calls the weary, promising rest, renewal, and strength that rises far above human limitations. Prayer Father, I bring every weight, pressure, and emotional strain before You. Restore what has drained me. Lift heaviness from my chest and breathe strength into my spirit. Calm my thoughts, steady my emotions, and refresh my inner life. Replace exhaustion with resilience, frustration with peace, and fear with confidence. Let Your presence be the rest my soul cannot create. Strengthen me for the responsibilities ahead and fill me with the courage to move through this day renewed.
