Matthew 11:28 — Jesus, Help Me Face Tomorrow When Anxiety Rises in the Night - London • Belfast • Edinburgh • Cardiff • Manchester future anxiety, spiralling thoughts, fear of decisions, feeling lost, Holy Spirit guidance Matthew 11:28 (NIV): “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Psalm 94:19 (NIV): “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.” Jesus, at this hour the world is awake with thoughts that refuse to settle. People stare at ceilings, scroll through worries, rehearse tomorrow’s pressures, fear the unknown, and wonder how they will carry the weight of what awaits them. The future feels unclear, decisions feel heavy, and the heart whispers, Jesus, I don’t know what to do. Yet You gently call the weary and overwhelmed into Your rest. You invite burdened minds into Your presence, where fear loosens, and clarity begins to form. Holy Spirit, step into the places where thoughts spiral. Quiet the internal storms that rise in the dark. Let Your presence steady minds that fear making the wrong choice. Bring wisdom to those standing at crossroads, courage to those who dread the next step, calm to those who battle dread, and assurance to those who feel they cannot carry another hour. Let every anxious breath be met with Your holy comfort. Yahweh, Father who sees tomorrow fully, hold those who feel lost between what was and what will be. Remove the pressure that crushes the heart. Replace fear with confidence, heaviness with hope, and uncertainty with trust. Remind every searching soul that they are not navigating life alone. Let the Lion of Judah go ahead of them, preparing the path they fear. Let Your promises rise stronger than every imagined scenario. Jesus, lift the weight of tomorrow. Speak rest over the mind, strength into the body, and peace into the spirit. Let Your presence carry what humans cannot. Let Your love stabilise every trembling heart. United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Philippines, Brazil, India Jesus leads my tomorrow, guards my mind, strengthens my steps, and gives me rest. I will not fear the future, because He walks before me.
