Joshua 1:9 — Jesus, Cover New Zealand With Peace and Guide Our Leaders With Wisdom - From London to Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Rotorua, and Dunedin — this evening prayer stands with Aotearoa as the nation seeks stability, unity, and wisdom. SCRIPTURE (NIV) Joshua 1:9 — “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Psalm 23:5 — “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies… my cup overflows.” PRAYER Jesus, tonight we pray over the whole of New Zealand — from Cape Reinga to Bluff — and especially over Wellington, the heart of decision-making, leadership, pressure, and national responsibility. You see the political tension, social division, rising financial fear, emotional stress on families, uncertainty about the future, and communities feeling the weight of change. You see the storm fronts, the rising costs, the pressure on youth, the division online, and the exhaustion many are carrying. Bring healing where the nation is hurting, hope where despair is rising, and stability where uncertainty is growing. Let revival spark again — pure, humble, Spirit-led. DECLARATION Jesus, You are the Shepherd of New Zealand. You lead us, protect us, strengthen us, and pour out peace over this nation.
