Joshua 1:3 — Jesus, Guide My Steps Tonight and Give Me Courage to Walk Into the Future You Have Prepared for Me From London to Paris, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Auckland, and Rome — this 8 P.M. devotional strengthens hearts facing uncertainty, transition, insecurity, and fear of the future. Joshua 1:3 (NIV): “I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.” Psalm 23:1 (NIV): “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” Jesus, tonight I bring You every area of my life where I feel unsure, overwhelmed, not good enough, hesitant to move forward, or afraid of stepping into new territory. Across Europe, America, Israel, and New Zealand these exact searches are rising — prayer for courage, Jesus guide my steps, I don’t know what to do with my life, fear of the future prayer, prayer for confidence, help me walk into my calling, I feel stuck and afraid, prayer for new opportunities, Jesus help me overcome insecurity, prayer for direction and clarity. And so I bring my own prayers into this global cry. Jesus, speak courage into the places where I doubt myself. Bring confidence where insecurity rises. Bring clarity where confusion clouds my mind. Bring steady steps where I feel uncertain. Bring boldness where I hesitate. Bring reassurance where fear whispers lies. Bring faith where anxiety weakens my resolve. Bring holy strength where I feel too small for the road ahead. Lead me forward with the authority of Joshua 1:3 and the peace of Psalm 23:1. You are my Shepherd — guiding, steadying, strengthening, providing, covering, and walking every step beside me. No step I take tonight or tomorrow is taken alone. Go ahead of me into conversations, decisions, responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges. Open doors that no one can shut. Close doors that are wrong for me. Lead me into Your will, not mine. I declare: Jesus guides my steps, strengthens my mind, calms my fears, equips my future, opens the right doors, closes the wrong ones, removes insecurity, breaks hesitation, and leads me into the promises prepared for me.
