At 10 p.m., as the world winds down and the mind tries to process the day, John 8:12 shines with comforting clarity. Across Argentina, Egypt, Malaysia and the United Kingdom, believers seek peace, rest and reassurance. Jesus declares Himself the Light—light that removes fear, light that guides the weary and light that settles the anxious heart. Tonight we choose His light over the darkness of worry, doubt or restlessness.
Context
Darkness is not just physical; it is emotional, spiritual and mental. But where Christ enters, darkness loses power. His presence brings clarity, calm and direction. He lights the path ahead when the night feels long.
Reflection
Following Jesus means learning to rest in His light, even when uncertainties surround us. The Holy Spirit calms our thoughts, softens the noise of fear and steadies the heart. Peace does not come from circumstances—it comes from the Light of the World Himself.
