I choose to lie down in peace because You promise to keep me safe. Let Your presence fill the atmosphere of my home. Let Your light push back every darkness. Let Your authority calm the storms within me. Where my thoughts have raced, bring stillness. Where my heart feels tense, bring comfort. Where fear has taken ground, take it back with Your peace. Jesus, breathe over my night. Reset my mind. Restore my strength. Renew my hope. Let this sleep be holy, protected, and deeply peaceful in You.
