John 14:27 — Jesus, Remove the Weight of This Day and Set My Heart at Peace

I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Jesus, as this day begins to settle into the evening, I pause and bring before You everything I have carried. The conversations, the pressures, the responsibilities, and the emotions that have built up throughout the day—I place them all into Your hands. Your Word speaks peace, not as the world gives, but a deeper peace that reaches the heart and quiets what is unsettled within. So I receive that peace now. I release the weight of this day. I let go of what did not go as planned. I release the moments I cannot change. I refuse to carry forward what You are asking me to lay down. Jesus, settle my heart. Calm my emotions. Bring stillness to every part of me that feels unsettled. Replace tension with peace, and heaviness with rest. Jesús, quita toda carga y lléname de Tu paz. Jesus, tira todo o peso e enche-me com a Tua paz. From São Paulo to Manila, from Toronto to Seville, across every city entering the evening hours, You are present. You see every detail of this day, and You offer peace that restores and renews. So I receive Your peace now. I allow my heart to settle. I rest in Your presence and release this day completely. In Your name, Jesus, I rest in Your peace tonight.
