Heal my body where sickness has drained my strength. Restore my emotions where disappointment, grief, or fear have taken root. Renew my mind where anxiety, pressure, or struggle have worn me down. Let Your presence calm the places I cannot fix. Speak life into every weary part of me. Lift heaviness, repair what is damaged, ease every burden, and breathe peace into my thoughts. Bring rest, strength, clarity, and wholeness today. Jesus, heal deeply and fully — body, heart, and mind — in Your power and in Your love.
