Jeremiah 30:17 — Healing Prayer for Winter Illness, Flu, Weakness, Fatigue and Physical Restoration in the Body — “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,” declares the Lord. Psalm 103:3 — “He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.” PRAYER Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift before You every listener struggling with winter illness, flu symptoms, weakness in the body, aching joints, headaches, fatigue, and the heaviness that settles in this season. Lord, You see the coughing, the dizziness, the exhaustion, the inflammation, the chest infections, the breathlessness, the cold and flu waves sweeping across nations. Jesus, You are the healer. We ask for Your restoring power to touch immune systems today. Strengthen lungs, clear congestion, break fever, ease pain, restore appetite, stabilise energy, and bring renewal deep into the body. For those feeling wiped out, for those recovering slowly, for those caring for sick families, for those exhausted before the day has even begun — breathe life into them now. Lord, we declare Jeremiah 30:17 over every listener: “I will restore you to health.” Let this promise become reality across homes, workplaces, schools, hospital beds, care homes and quiet bedrooms where people are resting today. From London to Warsaw, from Toronto to Johannesburg, from Dubai to São Paulo — release healing. Lift the weakness. Strengthen the weary. Bring vitality back to the body. Restore what illness has drained. Jesus, touch every cell with Your power. Amen.
