Isaiah 43:19 — God Is Making a Way in the New Year When I Feel Lost and Overwhelmed Scripture (NIV): Isaiah 43:19 — “See, I am doing a new thing… I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Psalm 32:8 — “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go.”Across the world tonight, millions are searching for direction, clarity, and a sense of newness as the year turns. Fear of the unknown rises after midnight. But God speaks into the dark with promise, guidance, and fresh pathways. Father, as this day closes, I surrender every fear about the future into Your hands. Where I see no way, You open doors. Where I feel uncertainty, You release wisdom. Tonight, speak into every worry, settle every anxious thought, and quiet every storm. Let Your presence push back the heaviness of the year and awaken hope. Lord, lift the weight of regret, renew tired hearts, and guide me step by step. Break cycles of doubt and restore confidence, courage, and expectation. Over my home, my family, my future, let Your word rise like light in the night. Let this be the beginning of a new path, a new strength, and a new clarity in Jesus’ name.
