Isaiah 40:31 — Strength for the Day When I Wake Drained and Overwhelmed London to Seoul, Warsaw, Manila, Zurich, Mumbai and Helsinki Isaiah 40:31 — “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength… they will run and not grow weary.” Psalm 46:1 — “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Across the world this morning, searches rise for “strength to get through today”, “renew my energy”, and “God help me face the day”. Fatigue is global, and people everywhere are asking God for endurance and calm. Prayer Father, as this day begins, renew my strength. Where I feel drained, refill me. Where pressure sits heavily, lift it from my mind. Lord, give me focus, energy and emotional steadiness. Strengthen my heart, steady my breathing, and quiet the anxiety that rises with the morning. Walk with me into every task and conversation. Replace exhaustion with hope, replace overwhelm with clarity, and release peace into the places that feel chaotic. Let Your presence empower every step, every decision, and every moment. In Jesus’ name.
