Give resilience to those facing work tomorrow, healing to those battling low mood, and peace to those overwhelmed by responsibility. Strengthen parents, carers, workers, the isolated, the exhausted and the anxious. Pour fresh life into bones, clarity into thoughts and hope into tired spirits.
