Hebrews 13:3 — Jesus, Strengthen Every Believer Who Suffers for Your Name Today - From London to Lagos, Toronto to Tehran, Auckland to Addis Ababa, Seoul to Stockholm, this 9 A.M. devotional stands with the persecuted church—those whose whispered prayers rise in secret rooms, hidden forests, guarded basements, and silent prisons. Across the world today, millions search these exact phrases: prayer for persecuted Christians, underground church prayer, secret believers suffering, Christians in danger for faith, prayer for boldness under persecution, Jesus strengthen the church under pressure, prayer for believers in prison, prayer for courage to stand for Christ, persecuted church devotional. This prayer enters that global cry. Hebrews 13:3 (NIV): “Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.” Acts 4:29 (NIV): “Lord… enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.” Jesus, today we stand with our brothers and sisters in North Korea, Afghanistan, Nigeria, and China—nations where following You demands courage beyond human strength. You see every believer who meets in secret, every pastor who ministers underground, every family torn by persecution, every young person risking everything to hold a Bible, every prisoner chained because they refused to deny Your name. Strengthen them with supernatural courage. Surround them with the Holy Spirit’s presence. Hide them from danger. Deliver those in prison. Restore those who have lost homes, jobs, or family because of their faith. Give boldness to speak the gospel where fear is real. Protect the underground church networks, secret meeting places, digital gatherings, and whispered worship that rises like incense across these nations. Jesus, comfort those who mourn the loss of loved ones. Heal the wounded. Lift those crushed by fear. Let Your Word spread with unstoppable power where governments try to silence it. Let visions, dreams, miracles, and angelic protection fill persecuted regions today. Holy Spirit, strengthen us who are free to pray with urgency, compassion, and faith. Do not let us forget the cost that many pay for the gospel. Unite the global church as one body, one Spirit, one cry. I declare that the church of Jesus Christ cannot be crushed, silenced, or stopped. The persecuted church is courageous, upheld by God, and victorious in Christ.  prayer for persecuted church, underground church devotional, Hebrews 13:3 prayer, secret believers, global church suffering, Christians under pressure, Acts 4:29 boldness
