One of the threads in the story of a new, $27 million development on the riverfront that will see the Stone Soap building getting new life is that Shakespeare in Detroit, a theatre company born out of Detroit's neighborhoods, is getting a new performance space.
Jer caught up with Sam White, the founder and creative director, to have a chat about what it's going to look like and what this will mean to the theater company that's gotten national attention is and is beloved locally.
