onto the ground underneath.

And now,
look within.
PAUSE (5 secs)...
As you bring your awareness inwards,
with each loving breath,
feel the shift within your body.
Feel the wisdom of this inner awareness,
the clarity in it,
the compassion.
PAUSE (5 secs)...
Release all fear, and
shift
into
love.
PAUSE (15 secs)...
I choose love over fear.
PAUSE (10 secs)...
I choose love over fear.

I choose love over fear.
