Prosperity is so much more than financial abundance.
It’s the expression of wealth in your health, money, happiness, relationships and more.

So, let’s begin by taking a full breath,
Deep into your body.
Hold it at the top for just a second,
And then release it all out,
Contracting your belly until the very last drop of air has released.
PAUSE (5 SEC)...
Bring your breathing to a nice, easy rhythm,
And stay here with your breath.
Settling into the calming rhythm of breathing in,
And breathing out.
