Take a deep breath in,

and shift yourself 

into a deep awareness 

of your mind body connection.

PAUSE (5 secs)

Open your chest, 

and take another deep breath in,

as deep as you can.

PAUSE (5 secs)

Breathe in, and out, 

and bring awareness 

to every part that feels strained.

Releasing the tension gently,

PAUSE (5 secs)

And then softly relax deeper into your body.

PAUSE (10 secs)

As your thoughts subside, 

pay attention to how your body speaks to you. 

PAUSE (5 secs)

There is wisdom beyond our comprehension within our bodies.

PAUSE (5 secs)

So, allow your body to relax. 

Let go of all inhibitions 

and allow this wisdom to flow today.

PAUSE (5 secs)

Give yourself permission 

to feel the power of loving attention.

Guide creative, nourishing energy 

into every cell of your body.

I am aligned with the wisdom of my body.
