Inhaling through your nose, 

pulling the energy around you in, 

and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Breathe in again, 

holding this energy inside you,

and relax 

as you breathe out.

Feel the movement and music in each breath now.

Take this moment 

to reconnect with your physical sensations.

To reconnect with this 

miraculous instrument of consciousness.

Tap into the music of your body – the miracle of life.

Moving from survival to creation 

with each breath of awareness. 

Be the alchemist of this moment, 

of this awareness, 

this body.

let your loving attention
