A lot of dads have issues with finding balance. Sometimes, we bury ourselves with work and business in an effort to provide for our families but struggle to be present in our kids’ lives. Some may find it hard to work in harmony with their wives to achieve a healthy home life, especially when there are societal and other external pressures.

Casey Cavell understood early on that it’s important to find balance. That’s why he chose mentors who are winning in both business and life. He learned that it’s important to have people who encourage you, teach you the right lessons, and hold you accountable for your actions.

A rookie dad with two kids under two years old and twins on the way, Casey focused on building his own businesses when he was younger and eventually started helping others build their own businesses, too. Now that he’s a dad, he has discovered where his real passions lie – to take care of himself so that he can offer his best to his wife and kids.
