On this episode of Cyrus Says, Cyrus is joined by the absolutely amazing Michelin Star Chef Suvir Saran. Suvir is not only a renowned chef, but also an educator, author, consultant, public speaker and farm advocate. Cyrus and Suvir talk about Suvir being a bit of a night owl, writing poetry, how Suvir got into cooking and became a chef, how he first wanted to be a doctor when he was younger, the flavour richness of Indian dishes, getting a Michelin Star, how he has served many a celebrity, having owned a farm called 'American Masal Farm', and tons more.

Chef Suvir also gives Silverie some tips to making better pizzas.

Cyrus also asks Suvir about his three books - Indian Home Cooking: A Fresh Introduction to Indian Food, American Masala: 125 New Classics from My Home Kitchen and Masala Farm: Stories and Recipes from an Uncommon Life in the Country.
