Dr. Sheena Mason is an author and professor of African American Literature that has developed a controversial and groundbreaking concept to fight racism known as the "Theory of Racelessness". In this episode Sheena and Will discuss the common criticisms of her theory, how racelessness is not colorblindness, and why she believes that in order to defeat racism, we must eliminate the societal construct of RACE.
