I've been following Kate's content for a long time and have previously been on her podcast so I knew I wanted to have her on Cylinder Radio to share her amazing knowledge and wisdom with all of us.

During the episode, we talk about how disconnected modern society has become from out food production and how this is strongly correlated with our general trend towards fragility. We discuss the horrors of factory farming and how regenerative agriculture is the way forward. How can we scale ethical farming to feed everyone? Does some animal life matter more than others? And what can we do to develop a mindset and lifestyle to be more connected and in tune with nature and reality?
