This week's guest is Sean Nahas, head coach of the North Carolina Courage of the NWSL. Nahas took over as head coach of the NC Courage on an interim basis in October 2021, and became the permanent head coach in December of 2021. Nahas talks about building up the youth programs with NCFC, the changes in youth soccer, his journey to becoming the head coach, and how women's soccer and the NWSL can continue to grow.
