<p>The Panthers have stepped up as far as moves they're making during free agency. They've acquired DJ at wide receiver, Hayden Hurts at tight end, and Miles Sanders at running back, and they've added depth on the defensive line. On paper, the Panthers are doing all of the right things, but they still need to make the right choice with the number one pick in the draft. </p>
<p>Also, North Carolina so far has had three players enter the transfer portal, but it's not just because of NIL opportunities, players actually want to play elsewhere. </p>
