Former UNC women's basketball star, and former WNBA All-Star & first-round pick, Ivory Latta, is the latest guest on the Culture State Podcast. Latta was the 2006 ACC Player of the Year, and National Player of the Year by ESPN.com.
Latta talks about not being recruited by South Carolina women's basketball, but being heavily recruited by UNC and head coach Sylvia Hatchell. Latta also discusses her desire to get into coaching full time, the relationship between her team and UNC men's basketball, and the rivalries with NC State women's basketball, and Duke women's basketball.
