We also look at Ultra social media. Does it make us better runners or just make us depressed? Are ultra runners super heroes, or selfish boors who torture their families in pursuit of the perfect run. Are we more than just our running. Is Ultra running extreme, or is it just a matter of perspective? What would our loved one's say about our running?
