In this episode we do a recap of the Fall fling 400 Minute race, a CT Trailmixers race which was recently held at YMCA Camp Sloper, in Southington CT. It was a muddy race that all of Cultra attended and we have some great stories of the day. We will also offer a preview of our thoughts and preparations for the Chattanooga 100 mile trail race which Jordan and Art will be running.
