"Third time's the charm!" says Becky as we (no shit) had to try to start the recording three times tonight (holy shit). First time Art just shit the bed. Second time just brain fart city. Third time = nailed it. It's a good thing because we sit down with Benn Griffin, one of the best humans in Northeast ultra running. Benn directs races for the Berkshire Ultra Runners Community for Service (or BURCS for short, the "f" is silent) and he's spent countless hours raising a lot of money for various charities and amazing causes. Benn teaches and coaches XC and he's rad. One of our best episodes ever. #special
