A judge has denied the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) appeal to prevent the release of documents tied to William Hinman’s Ethereum speech.
The speech involved Hinman stating ether wasn’t a security before, years later, he was found to have a conflict of interest with a pro-Ethereum entity.
