1. Of the three requests Jesus instructs us to make in Matthew 6:11-13 which is the most challenging for you? Why is that?
2. What might keep you from bringing any one of these requests to God?
3. When you bring requests like this to God do you feel like the emphasis is more on whether you’ll get what you asked for or on engaging in meaningful interaction with God about important things? What is the likely spiritual outcome of focusing on specific answers to prayer? What is the likely spiritual outcome of focusing on communion with God?
