Voters this primary season will see a ballot that looks a bit different than in years past. This time, New Yorkers can rank up to five candidates for each position in the primary election. While the concept intends to give voters more of a choice, the new process can be intimidating. Pat Kiernan speaks with Managing Director of New York Politics Bob Hardt and Political Reporter Emily Ngo about the new way to vote in New York.
