Show Notes

Seven months later, and diners are allowed to eat inside restaurants. But at 25 percent capacity, some restaurant owners warn it's not enough to make ends meet. Other New Yorkers, concerned with the spread of coronavirus, aren't yet comfortable with taking off their masks and eating indoors. Pat Kiernan and Jamie Stelter speak with chef and restaurateur Andrew Carmellini, who gives us an inside look at the new workings of a restaurant.
