A plot to collapse phone networks in New York City has been shut down, and the Chinese communist regime is accused of participating in the operation. The scheme is raising alarms over China’s war plans against the United States. And now, there are ongoing investigations into whether the Chinese Communist Party has other similar operations throughout the United States.
