His background includes 20 years as an HR Practice Leader for Ernst & Young and Development Dimensions International.
Before starting his own executive coaching and HR consulting business, he was Chief Human Resources Officer/Director for three high growth companies including one that grew from 7 employees to over 400 in four years. His areas of expertise include competency based HR, executive assessment, leadership development, behavioral interviewing and employee engagement.
