Mike Flynn is the Founder & Owner of O SEA, a new seafood restaurant in Old Town Orange serving high-quality, affordable, responsibly-sourced seafood complemented by the seasonality & diversity of California cooking.
Mike first started working in restaurants while in college and fell in love with the business almost immediately. After working for reputable operators in Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, Mike returned home to Orange County in 2019 to open O SEA.
