Pastor Caleb M. Turner graduated from John D. Horn High School in Mesquite, TX. He received a track and field scholarship and attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Ok. Prior to graduating, Pastor Caleb enlisted in the U.S Air Force where he served in the Air Force Special Operations Command while stationed at Hurlburt Field, Fl. He also had the opportunity to serve his country while stationed at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.He served in the Youth/Children’s ministry at various churches during his stay in Florida. Upon completing his active duty commitment, he attended Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL, and earned a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies. Upon graduation he returned to Mesquite Friendship Baptist Church where he served in the roles of Equipping/Teaching Pastor, Assistant Pastor and Co-Pastor. In 2023, he became the Senior Pastor of Mesquite Friendship Baptist Church.Pastor Caleb has served in various roles within the Southern Baptist Convention. He is currently a trustee for the North American Mission Board and chairman of the executive board for the SBTC, becoming both the youngest to ever serve as chairmen as well as the first African-American. Julio Guarneri was born in Mexico City and grew up in Monterrey, Mexico as hisparents did evangelism and discipleship work among university students in both cities.Guarneri obtained a B.S. in Secondary Education from Texas A&I University, Kingsville;an M.A. in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, FortWorth; and a Ph. D. in Leadership Studies with a concentration in ministry from DallasBaptist University, Dallas. His dissertation, “COMIBAM 1984-2000: A HistoricalAnalysis of a Majority World Missionary Sending Network” was recognized by the DBUfaculty as the most distinguished dissertation in 2014. The dissertation has also beenpublished by the Evangelical Missiological Society.Dr. Guarneri was licensed to the ministry and pastored his first church shortlyafter High School graduation in 1984 in Freer, Texas. During his 39 years of pastoralministry he has served churches in the Corpus Christi area, Fort Worth and McAllen.Guarneri is the current Executive Director for Texas Baptists, a role which he will beganon November 30 of this year.He most recently served as the Lead Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, McAllenwhere he served for 13 years. Before going to McAllen he served as the Pastor of IglesiaBautista Getsemani in Fort Worth where he served for 17 years. Julio Guarneri served on the board of Buckner International for nine years,including serving as vice-chair for two years and as the chair during 2023. He waselected twice as president and as first vice-president of Texas Baptists. In the past healso served as chair of the Stark College and Seminary board and as moderator of theTarrant Baptist Association. Dr. Guarneri has spoken in seminary and university chapelservices as well as for graduations, and pastors/leadership conferences around thestate. One of his greatest joys has been speaking to gatherings of pastors in thePhilippines for multiple years about making disciples.Guarneri’s passion is to make disciples who make disciples, living out a holisticmission that brings the gospel to bear on the whole person and the whole communityfor the whole world. Reverend Cokiesha Bailey Robinson is the Founder of Cross Spring Ministries, an itinerant ministry of preaching & publishing and she is the first African American Dean at Grace College in Winona Lake, IN.  She serves as Associate Dean of Diversity.Becoming & belonging, justice & Inclusion are her passions as she strives to help all students feel loved, seen, prepared & affirmed. She also is passionate about racial reconciliation & advocating for students of color to have a voice, a place, belonging, equality & equity.She is the wife of Rev. Timothy Robinson, her seminary sweetheart.  Both are 2007 Master of Divinity graduates of Beeson and enjoy serving God’s people uniquely.Cokiesha serves as an advisory member at Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, AL, is a graduate of Fisk University in Nashville, TN, and is currently a doctoral student at Truett Seminary at Baylor University In Waco, TX. Cokiesha is a national Bible teacher, conference speaker, and minister of the gospel but being a godmother, aunt, and mentor are her favorite jobs.She worked in the field of radio and newspaper and also enjoyed a rewarding career supporting church staffs.  She is a daughter of Concord Church where she served in ministry with her parents, founding Pastor, Dr. E.K. Bailey, and Dr. Sheila Bailey for more than 25 years.She was licensed to preach the gospel at Concord Church by her late father, Dr. E.K. Bailey, and Pastor Bryan Carter in 2003 and she was ordained by Dr. J.M. Green at Mt. Neboh Church in Harlem, NY in 2010 where she served as Assistant Pastor.Cokiesha served in ministry under the leadership of Dr. A.B. Sutton at 6th Ave Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL, and feels like a surrogate member & spiritual daughter of Living Stones Temple in Birmingham. She served on the pastoral staff of Concord Church as Director of Growth after seminary with Pastor Bryan Carter, one of her fathers in the ministry, and attributes her professional growth to pastors who have invested in her life.  In 2015 she launched Cross Spring Ministries. In recent years she has traveled full-time as an evangelist and gospel minister serving churches, conferences, publishing houses, and seminaries.  She has also found great pleasure in teaching students in middle school and high school as well as being a mentor to college students and seminarians.Known by some as Rev. Robinson and by others as Mrs. Robinson and now as Dean Robinson, Cokiesha has contributed to nearly 10 books and co-authored 2 books.  She is also a contributing writer for Our Daily  Bread and still enjoys traveling to share the gospel despite a new role on her professional journey.She was named 2020 alumnus’ of the year for Beeson Divinity School and attributes Beeson to helping her to find her footing and focus in her life calling as an adult in ministry. Rev. Robinson is a national conference speaker, Christian minister, pastoral leader & national speaker in Higher Education.Cokiesha has served as a missionary in Africa, Turkey and Jamaica, and throughout the United States.  She has a heart for evangelizing, preaching, leading leaders, encouraging students, equipping disenfranchised communities with fresh water, and building racial bridges for people with dignity.   Seeing people come to know Christ, and discovering their purpose and voice in Him are her greatest passions, as well as helping others to value the diverse heritage & perspectives of all people made in the image of God. Family, friends, ministry, mentorship, writing & higher education are her great loves & gifts of grace.In her free time, Rev. Winston Hottman has been a member of Lake Highlands Baptist Church since 2015 and has been blessed to serve as Associate Pastor since October 2022. In addition to his general pastoral responsibilities, he oversees a small group and children’s ministries, as well as the discipleship of new believers. A trained philosopher and historian, Dr. Creamer holds a B.A. in English from Baylor University, an M.Div. from Criswell College, and a Ph.D. in Humanities from the University of Texas at Arlington.For more than 20 years Dr. Creamer pastored churches across Texas, and he continues to preach conferences, teach lay audiences, and serve as interim pastor for churches in transition. Dr. Creamer has spent over a decade hosting his own podcast, Coffee with Creamer, a program covering relevant issues in ethics, ministry, and worldview, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission. Dr. Ty Kieser is the Assistant Professor of Theology and Program Director of M.A. in Theological Studies at Criswell College Dr. Kieser earned his Ph.D. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Wheaton College in 2020. Prior to that, he earned an MDiv. and an M.A. in Systematic Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has served as Guest Assistant Professor at Wheaton College since 2020. Dr. Kieser has already published and presented extensively within his areas of research: Christology, trinitarian theology, post-Reformation theology, and theology of the atonement.

Dr. Timothy Fuller is the Evangelism Lead - African American Evangelism for Texas Baptists. Dr. Fuller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In the spring of 2018, he earned a Ph.D. in Homiletics from Southwestern Baptist Seminary; the first African-American to graduate from the School of Preaching.Dr. Fuller has been an adjunct professor at Southern Bible Institute and College in Dallas Texas and at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars, locally, nationally, and internationally in Hermeneutics, Expository Teaching and Preaching, and Apologetics. He has taught Bible classes in the Philippines, Dominican Republic, and in India. He served as interim pastor at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Euless Texas and has served on several Texas Baptists church staffs. We are excited to welcome Dr. Fuller to our team.

Dr. Rolando Rodriguez's heart’s desire is to Love God with all his heart. Dr. Rodriguez holds dual Master's degrees, one in Global Leadership and the other in Christian Education, both earned at Dallas Baptist University. He also holds an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Baptist University of the Americas and is currently in pursuit of a Doctorate in Ministry at Midwestern Theological Seminary.Currently, Dr. Rodriguez serves as the Senior Director of Texas Baptist en Español and has served there since 2007.

Jeff grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is the Senior Pastor at the Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas. He studied illustration and graphic design as an undergrad and has a Master’s degree in Theology and a Doctorate, with a focus on Christian apologetics. He’s a pastor, speaker, author, and artist, who has a singular message of God’s amazing grace. He is a champion for biblical justice and seeks to unite the Church across racial, economic, and cultural lines, in order to see a Gospel Movement across DFW, our nation, and the world. He passionately explores the intersection of faith and culture as he helps raise up the next generation of Christian leaders. He loves helping guide PCBC to lead all generations to love Jesus.

Dr. Scott Camp has a unique blend of life experiences that give him a powerful relevant ministry to reach the unreachable with the message of Christ. He was the product of a teenage pregnancy, alcoholism, and a broken home. His own drug and alcohol abuse led to a felony charge and he was arrested while in high school. It was there that Scott committed his life to following Christ and shortly thereafter was called to preach. Dr. Camp has served in a variety of capacities since entering vocational ministry in 1982, including student pastor, evangelist, church planter, college professor, and Dean of Students. He has been the Sr. Pastor of four growing congregations which include First Baptist Church of Sachse, TX; Metro Church of Garland, TX; First Baptist Church of Mansfield, TX; and most recently, Fellowship of Joy in Grand Prairie, TX. Dr. Camp now travels extensively throughout the United States, Eastern Europe, Mexico, South America, Pakistan and the continent of Africa preaching at churches, city-wide crusades, and conferences. He has been featured as a program guest with the Billy Graham Crusade. Dr. Camp currently serves as the Faculty Chair of Evangelism at SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary in Oakland, CA.​Dr. Camp holds a Masters of Arts in Theology from Criswell College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In addition, he holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a Master of Theology Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2007, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College in Jacksonville, FL. In addition, Scott has done doctoral studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Baylor University and Southern Evangelical Seminary.

Tamiko Jones has been the executive director and treasurer for the Woman’s Missionary Union of Texas since November 2017. She is the first African-American to hold the top administrative position at Texas WMU in its 137-year history. Jones earned an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, N.C., a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas, and a Master of Arts in Christian Education degree from Dallas Baptist University. She is a doctoral candidate in DBU’s Gary Cook School of Leadership.

Dr. Steven Sanders has been a professor of New Testament and Greek at Criswell since 2020. He is also an adjunct professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He earned his master's degree in Pastoral Leadership and his doctorate in New Testament Studies from DTS. He grew up in Jackson, Mississippi but moved to Atlanta to go to college at Georgia Tech.
